straight up, i can't see you from the front in this, so knee tracking and any hip shift is invisible to me. only got the side view
what i can see: front foot stays planted the whole rep, no heel lift, that part's clean
the issue is your chest. right around the middle of the descent it dips forward and your torso angle changes mid rep instead of staying locked. so the load slides off the front leg
fix is bracing before you descend and holding that same angle top to bottom. what's your usual weight on these?
